| Velvac (101004) solenoid operated tailgate lock kit with solenoid valve, 3.5" I.D. x 6" stroke air cylinder, solenoid operated cylinder allows driver to electrically unlock tailgate without leaving the cab. Solenoid valve is factory mounted to the air cylinder for fast, easy installation and requires only one air supply connection. All kits include clevis and pins, Part No. 090039 electrical switch with Open/Close faceplate and cylinder with installed four-way solenoid. Custom kits also available-contact the factory for more information. All air cylinders now feature stainless steel shafts. All air cylinders and other accessories should be installed downstream of a pressure protection valve. Air cylinders and tailgate lock kits are only used to operate the locking linkage on dump bodies. Do not use the air cylinder as a means of mechanically holding the tailgate shut. |

| Velvac (320121) 2 position valve with faceplates (replaces part #320107). Anodized aluminum clear-coated bodies. Nitrile for long cycle life. High impact knobs with faceplates balanced spool design. Operating temperature range from -40°F to +180°F. Stainless steel hardware. Orifice area increases airflow 30-40% in comparison to previous valve style. Aluminum shaft with stainless steel extension and delrin detent ring provides easy identification of valve position and long cycle life- tested to over Five Million cycles. Threaded aluminum mounting boss for 1 inch dia. through hole mounting (nuts incl.). (3) 9/32 inch dia body mounting holes. (5) 1/4 inch - 18 FPT ports. Operating pressure range from vacuum to 150 psi.
