| Swenson (00002-463-02) "Stainless Steel" Non-painted S-Series Spreaders are constructed with rigid 1/4 end plates continuously welded to a 7-gauge auger trough, easily removable anti-flow covers to prevent the free-flow of material from the discharge opening, and a one-piece 7-gauge hinged cover/back plate with a lift handle which may be raised when spreading or lowered when dumping. Unless otherwise specified, single spinner assemblies are standard on S-Series Spreaders. Includes hydraulic safety interlock system.
Direct Drive:
A high torque hydraulic motor couples directly to the auger for a lower-maintenance, high-performance drive system.

| Swenson Hotshot and Hotshot HD are compact, tough and built to handle the extreme temperatures, moisture, and corrosive materials typically found in year-round grounds maintenance use. Both are specifically designed for Topdress Sand, Icemelt, Limestone and Fertilizer applications.
The Hotshot and Hotshot HD feature large, heavy duty Nylatron GS (Teflonฎ impregnated and greaseless) gears for superior durability and a quick release gear cover for easy servicing. The axle and wheel bearings/bushings provide self-lubrication with excellent wear and load carrying performance. The 1.3 cubic foot polypropylene hopper has a 70# capacity which converts to up to 1-1/2 bags of fertilizer/Icemelt. The fitted, see-through cover keeps the weather out and the material in.
